Due to our extensive range of machines, we can always offer you a quick service with nine roller grinding machines. Regardless of whether the grinding has to be done in lunettes, with or without components or between the tips - we can handle any technical manufacturing requirement.

We guarantee you a 100% quality grinding as required by the drawing or your specification. Besides the usual inspection record we also offer you, in the case of a roller measurement, a measurement record covering roundness, crowning or negative crown, produced with a Vollmer gauge.

The largest diameters we can handle are Ø 2.300 x 6000 mm and Ø 1.500 x 9.000 mm. We can handle nearly all materials, for example PU-coated, rubber-coated, steel, cast and austenitic rolls and rollers.
